Join Manufacturing Works and regional partners at CIMA Plastics for an industry tour followed by a facilitated roundtable focused on the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for entry-level careers in the polymer industry. Your feedback will help inform emerging education and training pathways, including a polymer-related certificate being explored for Akron Public Schools students, as well as potential short-term credentials and other workforce development opportunities across the region.
